About Our Postgraduate Specialist Training Programmes
Our postgraduate specialist training programmes are primarily available to those who hold a BSc degree in engineering and wish to obtain additional, practice-oriented higher education qualifications.
If, after completing the specialist training, students continue their studies in a related MSc programme (e.g. Materials Engineering MSc), in several cases the credits earned during the postgraduate specialist training may be recognised. It is important to note that the programme concludes with the writing of a thesis and the awarding of a diploma.
These programmes are typically offered in a part-time, hybrid format, with compulsory attendance usually limited to 2–4 weekends.

Sustainable Energy Engineer
The aim of the program is to provide participants with up-to-date and practice-oriented knowledge of the operation of energy systems, the possibilities of sustainable energy production, as well as the energy-related aspects of waste utilization and environmental protection.
The curriculum offers a comprehensive body of knowledge that combines solid theoretical foundations with practical applicability, placing special emphasis on energy efficiency, alternative solutions, the process of energy transition, and long-term sustainability. During the program, students will develop a system-level approach, gain insight into technologies relevant from both industrial and environmental perspectives, and will be able to apply the acquired knowledge in real projects and innovative environments.
